How do I know if I placed my motorcycle parts order successfully?
Once you have submitted your order, an order summary page will be displayed with all of your order details. You may want to print this for your records. You will then receive an email confirming that your order has been successfully received online. If you have already placed your order over the phone and did not provide an email address, you will need to contact us at (715) 878-4800 or email us at [email protected].
Can I change or cancel my order after I have submitted it?
Once your order is submitted, we cannot guarantee that it can be canceled or changed. If you realize you made a mistake, or simply change your mind about your order, please call or text us at (715) 878-4800 or email us at [email protected] as soon as possible, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
When will I be billed for my motorcycle parts order?
We will bill your credit card when your motorcycle parts order is placed.
What forms of payment does eHarleyParts.com accept online?
We currently accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Paypal.
Will I be charged sales tax?
If your order will be shipped to the state of Wisconsin or California, law requires us to charge sales tax on your purchases. If you are having your order shipped anywhere else, we are not currently required to charge sales tax on your purchases; however, by law you may be liable for any taxes due in your state.

How does eHarleyParts.com calculate delivery charges?
We ship all products either FedEx or USPS. Delivery charges are based on the weight of your order, size of the box(es), and the distance it has to be shipped. Please call or text us at (715) 878-4800 or email us at [email protected] for more information.
Does eHarleyParts.com ship to International addresses?
Yes. eHarleyParts.com will ship to international addresses as long as your credit card company allows for Address Verification.
How long will it take to receive my motorcycle parts order?
FexEx and USPS usually arrive in 1-5 business days. Orders shipped express to Hawaii, Alaska, or outside of the US should arrive in 3-7 business days. Backorders are excluded. Business days do not include Saturday or Sunday.
Returns
What is the eHarleyParts.com return policy?
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, eHarleyParts.com will accept returns and exchanges in their original conditions within 30 business days from the date of purchase. Since the majority of the items are used or New Old Stock (NOS), we do impose a 25% restocking fee. If the item you received is significantly different than described, incorrect, incomplete, or you are otherwise unsatisfied due to an error on our end, the restocking fee will be waived. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Merchandise refunds will only be made in the original form of payment.
How do I make a return?
Purchases made from eHarleyParts.com online store can be returned at the buyer's expense. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to returning the item(s). To request an RMA, please log into your account, view the order on which the item to be returned is listed, and click the orange button titled 'Add New RMA.' When will I be credited for my return?
