Does eHarleyParts.com ship to International addresses?
Yes. eHarleyParts.com will ship to international addresses as long as your credit card company allows for Address Verification.
How long will it take to receive my motorcycle parts order?
UPS and USPS usually arrive in 1-5 business days. Orders shipped express to Hawaii, Alaska, or outside of the US should arrive in 3-7 business days. Backorders are excluded. Business days do not include Saturday or Sunday.
What is the eHarleyParts.com return policy?
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, eHarleyParts.com will accept returns and exchanges in their original conditions within 10 business days from the date of purchase. Since the majority of the items are used or New Old Stock (NOS), we do impose a 25% restocking fee. If the item you received is significantly different than described, incorrect, incomplete, or you are otherwise unsatisfied due to an error on our end, the restocking fee will be waived. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Merchandise refunds will only be made in the original form of payment.
