Comments:  This is a good inner primary.  I don't know the history, but it appears to be in great condition.  As with all of these wrinkle black units from the early 90's, there is some paint that is coming off. All the interior of the unit is in great condition - not having a broken primary chain or anything.  The bolt holes that are to be threaded are all in excellent shape.  Please see the pictures of each threaded hole.  It appears that the lower chain tensioner ladder bolt has been replaced.  All these bolts were originally #1 Phillips, but this unit has a counter-sunk socket head (allen wrench) bolt in it and has been silicone sealed from the backside.  If you have any further question, please contact me.
